The next SkyRide Local guided bike ride in North East Lincolnshire is on Sunday 25 August starting in Grimsby.

Titled “Fishermen and Trawlers”, this is a “steady” ride aimed at confident riders who want to branch out on the open road.

This 12 mile ride is suitable for all ages, and starts at Grimsby Leisure Centre on Cromwell Road at 2pm. The ride will use quiet-ish roads to leave the Leisure Centre and head onto the Humber Bank to glimpse Yorkshire! It will then follow the North Wall concrete track for 1.5 miles before heading to Stallingborough.

After a refreshment break at the village shop we’ll work our way back to the Leisure Centre. Much of this return journey will be on the off-road Healing Pedalway.
