Meridian Park, Cleethorpes, this Sunday (August 21) from 12pm – 6pm
Audiences are invited to enjoy the Family Sunday Music Festival where there will be live music with a main stage and acoustic tent, a children’s activity tent, workshops, stalls and food.
Organised by the Culture House, the Sunday event will see quality local, regional and national artists for both adult and family audiences come together..
Charlotte Bowen, of the Culture House said: “We’re really excited about hosting the Family Sunday festival. We want to bring something new and different with wide appeal to Meridian Park.
“With so many festivals and music events happening around the country it’s only fitting that Cleethorpes – with all of its fantastic facilities – should be home to the same.
“Also, with the loss of the classical concert we’re hoping that some of its previous attenders will take the opportunity to enjoy a fresh experience.
“Family Sunday is for families and friends who want to enjoy a fun and relaxing day out. There’ll be a range of sounds, from folk to gypsy and from hip hop to ambient as well as workshops and other activities on the day.”
Charlotte added: ‘We’ve tried to make ticket prices affordable so that both events are financially accessible.’
Tickets to Family Sunday only are £5 for adults with under 16s going free. Book either by calling in to Cleethorpes Tourist Information Centre or call them on (01472) 323111 or find out more and book on-line at www.theculturehouse.co.uk
