Two men have been charged with burglary following an incident at the Corporation Arms public house in Freeman Street, Grimsby at the weekend.
Officers were called at 0410hrs on Saturday 24 January to reports of a burglary in progress.
Uniform patrols attended and an area search located two men who were arrested in connection with the break-in.
James Michael Ford (31) of Duke Street, Grimsby and David Ian Smith (46) of Tivoli Gardens in Grimsby were interviewed and later charged with burglary other than in a dwelling.
Both men were due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court yesterday to face the charges.
