Over the last year North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NEL CCG) has developed a number of resources to support those with diabetes to manage their condition, including a diabetes patient guide “Diabetes and You” and working with Diabetes UK to establish a local diabetes support group.

NEL CCG currently have an online support tool for children and young people with diabetes and their families which has been successful and we’re looking to develop something similar for adults. The children’s web site is called “Up-bete” and we would welcome your views as to whether this is something you or your friends and family would use if a version  was developed for adults with diabetes?

To help with this, NEL CCG have created a short questionnaire and would welcome your views. The survey is open until 18th September and the results will be used to help us progress this further.
