POLICE in Grimsby executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act yesterday at a property on Cleethorpe Road In Grimsby.
A 31 year old man arrested in connection with the dscovery of a number of cannabis plants has now been charged in connection with thier production.
Quy Van LE (31) of no confirmed address is also charged with abstracting/using electricity without authority.
He will appear at Grimsby & Cleethorpes Magistrates Court this morning
