Humberside Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault on Pasture Street at the junction with Ladysmith Road, Grimsby at 2130hrs on Sunday 31 August 2014.
A 17-year-old girl was walking along Pasture Street towards Ladysmith Road when two unknown men started throwing stones at her. They then allegedly punched the girl which led to her falling to the ground where she was pinned by one of the men and mocked.
They then left the girl and walked off in an unknown direction.
The woman sustained swelling to back of her the head and a small cut inside her mouth. She did not require any medical treatment.
The first offender is described as white, aged in his mid 20’s and 5ft 6ins tall with a stocky build and a full beard. He was wearing a black cap, a light blue track suite and brown boots.
The second offender is white, aged in his mid 20’s and 6ft tall with a stocky build. He was also wearing a black cap, a white Adidas tracksuit and black coloured training shoes.
At the time of the incident there were a number of vehicle in the area and it I believed their may be independent witnesses.
